Here show you how we load the PE stiffener .it is only for PE stiffener ,not FR4. FR4 stiffener has to be made by hand as it is not a roll.

The FPC is double sided,0.2mm,1.2mm FR4 stiffener at bottom side.
How we make assembly boards from your Altium or gerber file ? Below is a simple process.
1, We will export gerber file from your Altium .(Gerber file is preferred to us )
2,We will quote with your BOM and PCB file. any of your products photos will be helpful and 3D file.
3,PCB manufacturing following gerber. there are over 30 processes to do .drill -->plate. see our PCB process.WorkShop
4,In the meanwhile of PCB manufacturing,we will purchase components with your approved BOM.
5,PCB assembly,including SMT loading and Through hole soldering.
6,Final inspecting and photos to approve.
Rogers material is well known in the world for high frequency ,RF application.But the most are RO 4003C and RO 4350B to use.
RO 3003 is well known in Military Application .here is the RO 3003 datasheet for you.

This board is RF application ,the minimum trace is 3mil and the space is 3 mil too. But the most unusal is there are two cavities on board,the cavities are plated,it is not through from top to bottom .the depth is 10mil from top and plated .
The cavity is for bonding chips,the best surface finishing is ENEPIG for bonding.

HDI board,there are four BGA area and three of four are 0.4mm pitch BGA with 0.1mm laser drilling.

RF is widely used in the world.Here is a RF board with high frequency capacitors,Conn Coaxial connector 50ohm,0402 and both sides loading.
PCB is high frequency with 4 layer.1.6mm,Gold.
Prototypes were made in June 2015 and production was made in Nov.
This is 4 layer PCB with all 5oz copper,pressfit holes (tolerance +/-0.05mm),NO X-OUT.

What is your PCB copper thickness?
Some customers cut cost down and down,they put different designs in one panel .Yes, it can save a bit money ,but be careful. The correct panel is very important for PCB manufacturing and assemble. And it makes very trouble with the BOMs. Five designs means five BOMs ,then the total parts items is so long .
Below is an example. there are 5 different designs in the panel .that is OK for PCB manufacturing .But when we do assembly job ,we found the panel does not work well,we have to split it to each small board.
The total BOM items are more than 200+,if any components are not ready ,we can not load by Pick&Place machine.and it is both sides SMT loading & TH soldering.
Here,we can see some components are out of board. So ,we have to split the panel and solder by hand such parts. That means,this panel is not very well for assemble. It is better to panel with each design ,not put them all in one panel .
Standard Copper thickness is 35um which can not meet many power supplies or other high current requirements. Storm Circuit has much experience in heavy copper PCB from 2 OZ to 12 OZ.90% of heavy copper we made is 5-8oz,and few is over 10OZ. Here is a simple board with 5oz copper we made again.
Heavy copper PCB are most used in power supplies,like this board has a transformer on it.
